About Me
I am a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who provides psychiatric evaluation and medication management for children, adolescents, and adults. I approach care with warmth, patience, and collaboration, taking time to listen and ensure patients and families feel comfortable and informed every step of the way. My focus is on thoughtful, evidence-based prescribing and careful follow-up to support long-term well-being.
As a mom, I understand firsthand how much people are often balancing—work, family, responsibilities, and their own well-being. That experience has shaped how I approach care, with an emphasis on flexibility, collaboration, and meeting you where you are. My goal is to help you find a treatment approach that feels manageable and sustainable.
